REFUND POLICY

Refund & Exchange Policy

At Mycofolio, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction with every purchase. Below are the details of our refund and exchange policies:

1. Refunds
Eligibility: Refunds are available for unused, unwashed, or defective items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are returned in their original packaging with tags attached.
Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at mycofolio@mycofolio.com within 7 days of delivery. Include photos/video evidence, and we will gladly arrange a free replacement or full refund.


2. Exchanges
Exchange Availability: We offer exchanges for items of equal value, subject to stock availability. Exchanges are only permitted for defective, damaged, or incorrect products.


How to Request an Exchange:
Contact our customer support team at mycofolio@mycofolio.com within 14 days of delivery.
Provide your order number, photos/video of the issue, and the item you wish to exchange.
Once approved, we will send a replacement. Return shipping costs for defective/damaged items will be covered by us.

3. Return Shipping Costs
Customer Responsibility: Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged/defective item, wrong shipment).
Prepaid Label for Eligible Cases: If the return is approved under our error, we will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse standard shipping costs.


4. Non-Refundable Items
Final sale items (e.g., clearance, personalized products) are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.


5. Processing Time
Refunds/exchanges are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.
